So I’m reading this daily devotion book I received for mothers day from my church. One daily devotion jumped out to me. Long story Short the verse was, “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)…the prayer at the end was…
“Lord Jesus your love excludes no one. Your grace invites even me to come, to find rest for my weariness. Right now, I’m carrying many burdens and, trusting your promise, I want to lay them down…”
This devotion made me a little lighter :) How good is God to take it all away!
